Cordis, Hong Kong (Langham Hospitality Group)

I always choose Cordis, Hong Kong whenever I visit. The front desk staff are exceptionally gentle and polite, and the check-in process was fast. The room size is quite spacious for Hong Kong standards, so it doesn't feel cramped at all. The overall experience was comfortable and hassle-free. Will definitely book this hotel again on my next trip to Hong Kong!!!

The hotel boasts a fantastic location, situated right inside Langham Place mall with direct access to the Mong Kok MTR station, making getting around and shopping extremely convenient. There are quite a few foreign guests staying here. However, this stay was a disappointment, as there was clear differential treatment of guests. The male staff member who checked us in on October 3rd had an unacceptable attitude: 1. Upon learning we were mainland tourists, his attitude became cold and dismissive. He didn't proactively inform us of the Executive Lounge's opening hours during check-in, forcing us to ask about it ourselves; 2. The bathroom glass in the room assigned to us was damaged. From my own observation, the hotel mostly assigns foreign guests to the 36th floor and above, while applying a completely different service standard to mainland tourists. Hong Kong and the mainland are one family, and Hong Kong's economic development relies on the support of mainland compatriots, not outsiders. I hope staff members with a pro-foreign bias will correct their attitude, treat all guests equally, and improve their service.

Very satisfied. The customer service staff promptly adjusted the room, and there were also adapters, toothbrushes, toothpaste, slippers, and water provided. It's really great value for money, and the transportation is very convenient. I'll come again next time, the quality is consistently good…

Great location, very close to Mong Kok MTR station. Nice view with a distant sea view. It was clean, hygienic, and free of any unpleasant odors!

The service was great! We arrived early, and the front desk on the first floor immediately guided us to inquire if a room was available. We were very happy with the size and layout of the room. The location is also excellent, right across from Langham Place. The only downside is the lack of blackout curtains, only sheer ones! The morning light was incredibly glaring... definitely bring an eye mask!

This was an exceptionally perfect business stay. Having previously always stayed on Hong Kong Island, this was my first time staying around Kowloon. The hotel has a strong artistic vibe, and the Executive Lounge offers expansive views. Breakfast was quiet and comfortable, making it very convenient to have tea or discuss work matters with business partners. The staff at the Executive Lounge were all extremely friendly and even proactively helped me print some work-related documents. I didn't have much time to stroll through the bustling local market downstairs, but it felt very vibrant and full of local character. The gym is well-equipped and professional, though I didn't get a chance to try the swimming pool. Highly recommended overall.
