Conrad Hong Kong Reviews

We booked for 5 nights stay with Conrad, upon check-in we received conrad Teddy with rose petals on the bed and the bedroom is overseeing Hong Kong Peak view . The view is magnificent . - room size is decent for HK but slightly small comparing to Conrad LA & Conrad Tokyo. - room is a little old fashion and outdated and there's "MOULDY" smell in the room, we are not very enjoying the smell despite the view -Make up room has separate bath-tub, shower, toilet and 2 basin which are good for couple -they have a lobby bar good for light snack and se live music in the late evening - breakfast spread is TERRIBLE WITH LIMITED OPTIONS & QUALITY IS LOW for CONRAD . We went for 2 days same breakfast menu and we didn't go for the rest I'd the day -location of the hotel is good, you press level 3 and it brings u to Pacific place good for shopping and meals.

Good location. Connected to shopping mall. Also got MRT station right below. First stop for MRT to Shenzhen. Hong Kong Park right next to it.

The hotel needs some update, but location is pretty good. It has a pathway that you can go directly to the mall next door, with all high end shops. The service is also average. We paid US$100 for early check in (6 hours early), and as they do not have any scale in the bathroom (usually hotels supply a scale in the bathroom), we are asked to bring our luggage down to the lobby to weigh.

The location is perfect! The staff was super friendly and made sure I had everything I needed as a solo traveller. The hotel is connected to a shopping plaza which makes everything very convenient. The rooms are beautiful and the views are stunning! I highly reccomend.

All staff went out of their way to provide us with an awesome experience. We were able to get a late check out which was very helpful for our travels later in the day. Great views from our room!

Check in should be much better equipped may be short staffed, can be seeing cutting corner's in services. Staff Polite and Professional not all out to help. Rooms need to be upgraded now getting old Breakfast spread being cut down drastically.

Location is super good, you have everything near. Comfortable, clean and easy to get around. Service 5 ⭐️

The hotel facilities are quite aged. TV remote control not working satisfactorily; shower cubicle very old style.

Excellent 5-start hotel with a nice mountain view. Breakfast is rather standard, but gets job done. It gets busy on the weekends so might have to wait up to 30min for a table.

If the shower is not being fixed on the wall will be great. Also, it will be excellent if the television stand can adjust the angle to the bed.

Good location, nice breakfast. Room is a bit old fashion but it is clean and comfortable.

Breakfast venue must be enlarged a bit considering the number of customers. We have to make a queue to find place for breakfast.
