港鐵沙田站到新城市廣場，通過連廊走到第三期就可以到酒店，地理位置算優越。房間比想象中大和舒服，就是check in要三點以後，不支持early check in。另外在酒店一樓想上洗手間比較麻煩。不過香港整體酒店價格比較高，所以我無法評價性價比哈。

房間乾淨整潔、寬敞明亮，服務態度好，周圍交通便利，樓下有巴士，三樓與新城市廣場聯通，還可以直達沙田地鐵站，周圍有沙田公園，空氣也很好。五分好評！

We stayed in a family room, which is a nice size of ~350 square feet. It faced SE so it gets nice sunlight in the morning and not the afternoon heat.
My sister required emergency medical care during our stay and the manager on duty did an excellent job coordinating through 999. The staff called the following day to ask after my sister. She ended up being admitted to the hospital and as a result we had to extend our stay. The hotel had sold out of the family room and the same manager advised us to book the cheapest room and notified to staff to keep us posted of any cancellation. We ended up staying in the same room with the extension. We are extremely pleased with the professionalism and the service.
The hotel location is great, close to many buses and the Shatin MTR station - easy access to the rest of Hong Kong as well as the Greater Bay Area in Mainland China.
The hotel is in a bustling part of the city, but is extremely quiet with no noise from the city traffic.
