Royal Park Hotel

To be fair and objective, this hotel offers the best service in Hong Kong, hands down! I've stayed in many hotels here, and this one truly stands out! Absolutely fantastic! The room was spacious, and the bed was large, not cramped at all. Every staff member was friendly, and you could feel they genuinely cared about guests, not just going through the motions for a paycheck. The front desk staff were welcoming; even before check-in time, after registration, they'd direct you to the luggage storage. The luggage storage staff were also very polite, meticulous, and responsible – they confirmed the storage duration and required a signature before taking my luggage. Even the non-local staff spoke Mandarin. The cleaning aunties were also very thorough, not cutting corners just because I extended my stay. What touched me the most was the doorman at the entrance – he proactively helped with luggage, and when there were no taxis outside the hotel during a heavy rain, he went out with an umbrella to hail one for me! I'm truly grateful to him! Below the hotel is a huge, well-equipped shopping mall, and it's also connected to the MTR. I will definitely return to this hotel again and again!

We booked a twin room, but due to high occupancy, the front desk staff upgraded us to an accessible twin room, which was great. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, and the staff are all very enthusiastic. They opened doors for us upon entry and exit, and the reception staff helped with our luggage. The housekeeping staff were also very helpful and the room was very clean. Environment: Convenient for shopping, connected to a large mall.

The renovated room looked decent, but the cleanliness was subpar. The duvet felt a bit damp, and I woke up with an itchy rash all over my body. I'd stayed here a couple of years ago, and the hygiene was much better back then.

Traveling with kids, the location is excellent! As a frequent guest, I find the rooms lovely and it's our top choice for a family of four. The room is clean and tidy, and quite spacious for Hong Kong standards.

The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. I checked other reviews and it seems like this happens quite often. I've booked several nights, and now I'm worried it might go off again in the middle of the night 😅. The hotel is conveniently located, close to the subway and a shopping mall. I'm a bit nervous now since I booked for multiple nights. By the way, there was a bottle of disinfectant in the toilet. Did housekeeping forget to take it away?

The hotel's location is great, connected to a mall, allowing you to walk directly to the MTR station indoors. The room was clean and comfortable, though a slightly larger bathroom would have been even better. For drinking water, there's a dispenser in the hallway with both warm and cold options.

The location is excellent, with Sha Tin MTR station nearby, making it convenient to get to Sha Tin New Town Plaza. Both transportation and shopping are very accessible. Check-in and check-out were fast, and the service was great. The downsides are that breakfast is too simple, with no changes to the menu even after staying for several days. Also, there's no direct drinking water in the room; you have to go to the corridor to get water, which is inconvenient at night. The bathroom drain is slow and often clogs.

Clean, comfortable, with a huge bed. The service was excellent and very friendly. It's connected to the New City Mall, which is amazing for shopping and dining. The transportation is super convenient. I'll definitely come back next time, thank you!

This hotel is perfect for frequent visitors to Hong Kong. The overall service is excellent; staff always greet you, and there's absolutely no discrimination against mainland Chinese guests. The rooms are clean and tidy, and for Hong Kong, the space is quite generous. They also provide disposable toothbrushes and a water dispenser. The buffet is delicious too. If you're traveling with children to Sha Tin or the surrounding areas, the MTR access is very convenient.
