Metropark Hotel Kowloon Reviews

The place was clean (hotel, room). Breakfast was very nice and delicious. Would suggest maybe a different variety every other day. It cost 100HKD per pax which was not bad. Pool was closed. Understandably , the season was also cold for outdoor swimming. The gym was really nice as my father described. Overall, my family and I had a good stay and good rest in this hotel. Highly recommend to other travellers.

Good Place & Clean. A bit far from metro but the hotel has free shuttle bus for go to MTR Mongkok

So much indian was there, I reserved 2 room, one is cancelled and in desk the price was 4 times expensive

It's not Worthy

Hotel was clean. Location was alright, but a bit of a walk (15mins) to the MTR station. There is no bottled water provided, they have a vending machine at the lobby to buy bottled water at an affordable price. There is also no housekeeping according to the hotel, but they did clean up our room on our last night.

It need to walk about 10 to 15mins to the nearest train station. The room cleaning service is good and the counter staffs are helpful.

Everyone was very friendly. The room was spacious and clean. Large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were great. The coffee shop in G/F was a plus. Close to MTR station. I will come back.

Rather old and tired place, long queues at check-in, not very clean. But I got a free upgrade to a min-suite in the 19th floor with a guest toilet and two rooms, that was nice. Location is good, however staff speaks very little English and little Putonghua, mostly Cantonese. Too expensive for the quality (if no upgrade), however this is Hong Kong.

Hotels in convenient and desirable locations often receive positive feedback. Guests appreciate being close to attractions, restaurants, and transportation options. I called to get my room cleaned twice but no one came either time.

Good: - hotel is located in a central area - metro is walking distance - train is walking distance - bus stop right outside - amenities provided - housekeeping will provide more if asked. Miss catherine was the only staff super helpful - free shuttle to mall and station Bad: - hotel has a awful damp smell - mould in most parts of the room - carpet dusty. Needs to be deep cleaned or changed - drawers and tables are broken. Looks like it has not been refurbished for many years - check in system is complicated. You walk into the lobby on ground floor but then have to register on 1st floor then have to go to lift again to reach your room

Hotel is a bit old , but room is big . Also, a bit smelly but they put air purifiers on each floor. Free shuttle to shopping area every hour. Very convenient.

Really appreciate that the staff has upgraded my room to a VIP room. Thanks a lot for the staff
