I had a pleasant time at the Shama Central. It was a really lovely hotel/ service apartment. The room was quite spacious, with a big dining room and living room too. Everything looked fairly nice. And the hotel was located at a convenient area, with many good restaurants nearby! The whole apartment was kinda dreamy, view was ok. However, the one problem was the front desk staff. When we were checking out, the female frontdesk staff member was really rude. Her attitude was very poor and I felt rather surprised by her attitude. It was such a shame because the rest of the stay was satisfactory, but it ended on such a negative note because of her!

The room is very big, but the floor is too low. The noise downstairs lasts until 3 a.m., making it impossible to sleep. If you are afraid of noise, you must ask to stay on a higher floor to avoid being too noisy downstairs.

I stayed in this hotel for a week last week, and I was completely confused by the hotel's operation. When I first checked in, I was given the lowest floor. I asked if it could be higher. The other party looked at me and said that it was sold out. Hey, it was clearly available on Ctrip. Okay, I accepted it. After staying for two days, I was too lazy to move, so I applied for "renewal of the original room" on Ctrip one day in advance. As a result, I went back at night and was told that it was not possible and I had to move up tomorrow. I asked why, and he said that the customer had already booked it. I said that I applied for renewal of the original room, what is the original room. The front desk said that it was not possible, and I could only give you the same type of room. I was drunk. I said that I just didn't want to clean up the room again, if that's the case, then I would refund. The other party said that you have already booked and cannot refund. I emphasized again: it is you who can't give me the original room, it's your fault. They said no, it's not refundable. Okay, you win. And they also emphasized to me that they have no cooperation with Ctrip, and if I want to refund, I should go to Ctrip myself.

The front desk clerks are polite and explain in detail. The rooms are neat and tidy, and there are cooking utensils for simple self-cooking. There are also a large number of shops nearby to buy daily necessities during the day, and there are also many restaurants at night. It is a good place for a short break.

The shower head is broken and there is no hot water for taking a shower in the morning. It is very cold. The room environment is good. You can open the window for ventilation. I hope it can be improved.

The interior design of the apartment is very practical. It is also very spacious and clean. (It was quite hard to find the apartment with my suitcase, after all, the roads in Central are all ups and downs, and the apartment is located in a relatively small alley, but once I entered the door of the apartment, I felt that it was all worth it.) There is just a vegetable market around the apartment, so if you mind, you should check it out. The rest is still highly recommended.

Everything else is good, except that there is no air conditioning or heating. When it's cold in winter, it's just an ice cellar.

The location is excellent, there are many delicious food around, and the price is high. I will come back again
