Lan Kwai Fong Hotel @ Kau U Fong Reviews

I was in the room 2002 with a cool partial view on the harbour. Original interior design. Great water pressure. There were slippers, bathrobes, hair conditioner and body lotion. Also, there was a UV-C air disinfector. I loved the lobby, as well. You can print and scan docs, charge your gadgets or just chill. The stuff were incredibly lovely and friendly. One guy was seemingly Chinese but had naturally ginger/light hair😳 He was soooooo cool. I guess, the only thing I didn't quite like was the hotel's location. You have to go through narrow streets. And lots of climbing and, too. Not really convenient if you walk from the MTR with a heavy suitcase😥.

The room was clean and close to the MTR. The only thing I was disappointed was that the room was smaller than I expected. Nevertheless, I think it was a good choice to sleep in this hotel.

This is the second time I’ve stayed. The staff are very professional and helpful. The breakfast is good. And the location is great!

the hotel room is too small, and its room size description is misleading. i stay at many different hotels in Hong Kong; this is not a good price considering this super small size.

Pretty good overall, except for a couple things. They don't take your deliveries to the door, so you have to go down to reception every time. Also, they entered my room even though it was marked as "do not disturb".

Well located with many restaurants and bars. Rooms are a bit small for two large suitcases and the overall carpet and room paintings could be renovated. Staff was pleasant. I would not come back but ideally located for travelers.

Clean room and comfy bed, nice water pressure and cool air conditioning! The staff were so nice both from the time of check in, and also when we checked out! Appreciate the water filter/heater provided. We also had a nice view from our room! The location is also Overall, Enjoyed our overnight stay.

Great location. Staffs were so friendly. Room size was not big but reasonable considering Hong Kong.

The location is actually good, however staffs are not accommodating enough. Also they don’t have connectors that they can borrow or socket which is universal, so bear in mind to bring correct plugs otherwise u will end up buying.

I have booked a harbour view room. The reason was to take excellent sea and high level view at still affordable middle range prices, while also be at walk distances to some businesses places at a hurry beforehand to get used for excellent public transport system. I was strictly disappointed when I had firstly been directed to a room at 21f with small little corner window and overall not as advertised by picture from room size and its geometry. I even hardly understand where the sea/harbour is, since you see nothing that buildings. It might be ok for other purposes but not to take real inspiration and feelings. After my conversation with a service, they kindly change the room with ‘upgrades’ from 21 to 29 f but saying that I would rather contact them beforehand of needs of last floor / highest floor. That was the same room as displayed, so I feel happy. It matches the point. If you would like to take a look at night bars at LKF as well, it is also very good still calm area, but in 10 min walks to the party centres. So please be in contact with hotel beforehand making a un refundable pay, if the harbour view and a higher floor is a must feature.

A short night stay. Unusual check-in time at 3pm and check out before 11am.
