I booked late at night but was quickly accommodated without any issues. The staff were exceptionally helpful, meeting all my requests — a high floor, quiet room, and away from the lift. The Breeze Lounge offered free coffee and tea from 7:30–10:30, which made for a pleasant breakfast, and I even grabbed a coffee at the lobby before checking out. The room was spacious, well maintained, and had a charming old‑fashioned style that felt like stepping into old Hong Kong. The location is accessible and close to the city center, making it convenient for exploring. Overall, a comfortable and memorable one‑night stay.

The hotel staff were excellent, very polite. The hotel facilities are comprehensive and the place is very clean. It's conveniently located near a shopping mall, and there are many dining options nearby. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit.

Great location, clean, and tidy. The lobby staff were really nice and even lent me an umbrella on a rainy day, which was very convenient for getting around. There's also coffee available in the lobby, and the in-room water heater was a nice touch.

I stayed here for 3 nights in June. The location is excellent, within walking distance of both Hong Kong Station and Central Station. I was also able to walk to the Victoria Peak tram station, although it was a bit of a stroll. However, as shown in the photos, the exterior isn't particularly impressive, and because it's located in the dense urban center of Hong Kong, I got a little lost trying to find it. Regarding the cleanliness of the room, there were two things that bothered me: there was what looked like a strand of hair on a drinking glass, and an open can of juice was left in the refrigerator. While my travel companion and I aren't overly particular, I imagine others might find this off-putting. It felt a bit subpar for what should be a typical four-star hotel. On the positive side, towels and bathrobes were replaced diligently every day. As for amenities, perhaps it's standard in Hong Kong, but there were no toothbrushes provided, which is something to be aware of. Shampoo and conditioner were available, and there was a decent hairdryer. While there was no water in the fridge, there was a kettle with instant coffee and tea. I believe I had the cheapest room, but I was grateful that it came with a bathtub.

A great stay in the heart of Hong Kong island. The view from our hotel was amazing and the location perfect! We will come back soon for sure

Very good location. Easy to walk from HongKong station. Many good restaurants and shopping places around. Friendly staffs. They have free coffee next to reception counter.

Usually stay in Mongkok when in Hong Kong but decided to stay on Hong Kong island for first time in 2 decades. Hotel vicinity is quite steep and very high density demographics. Would not recommend for anyone with leg injuries or walking issues. If you’re fit and revel in hustle & bustle this place is reasonably good but is overpriced for what you actually get. Nearby food and coffee also very much overpriced for actual product(s), largely driven by tourism & commerce. 住香港時我通常住旺角。20多年以來第住香港島。 酒店附近相當陡峭，人口密度高。 不推薦給有腿部受傷或行走問題的人。 若倘你健康，陶醉在喧囂中，這個地方相當不錯，但對於你實際得到的東西來說，價格過高。 附近食品和咖啡對於實際產品質量來說均價過高，這主要是由旅遊和商業驅動的。

The room was quite small, but the location was decent. You get what you pay for, I guess.

I chose this hotel for a business trip to Hong Kong, thinking it was close to Central, but it really wasn't. It's about 700 meters from here to Central, all uphill and downhill roads, and you even have to cross a skywalk. It was already very hot in Hong Kong, and walking in a suit was pure torture. The room was tiny, and the service was just okay. The front desk staff were quite cold. They didn't provide anything – no toothbrush, no bottled water. The view from the window was run-down. Honestly, it's definitely not worth nearly two thousand dollars.

The room was very clean and the location was super convenient, right between Sheung Wan and Central MTR stations. Although the room was small, it was very clean and tidy. The staff were also very enthusiastic, and there were quite a few foreigners staying there. You can also store your luggage.

Crazy expensive for a bad hotel with small, old, not clean rooms. Unfortunately bad experience. The view was nice only

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The night view was absolutely stunning, and the breakfast was not only delicious but also very clean and hygienic. The breakfast staff were also incredibly warm and welcoming. Overall, we had an excellent experience and would definitely love to come back!

First time in this hotel and I am pretty impressed. By HK standard pricing, is reasonable with the size of the room. Not spacious but just enough room to maneuver around the bed. Love the bay window sitting area looking out the window. Surprisingly they offer complimentary good coffee either at the reception or 4th floor Breeezy Lounge. Staff are friendly and efficient. Location is great and walking distance from the AirPort Express.
