This is my second stay. Jade Hotel is a good hotel with a great location. The hotel is stylishly decorated. The front desk service is friendly and can provide Chinese services. Nice free upgrade to a large room. It is convenient to check in and travel. It is very convenient to Wan Chai Station, Admiralty Station, Ding Ding Car, and public transportation. There are restaurants and bars around. Very good, I will stay here again!

Smell of the room was like moisture smell …not felling fresh at all
Hair of other person on the floor inside bathroom ….
Amenities as been Delevery by a guy after I have done my check in ….. like they forget it …
Office chair very old and damaged nothing to do whit the decoration of the room …
sofa look here for 5 year not feel even to seat on it …. Definitely will not be back to this suite room
I believe that is very poor management and no focus on the product and costumer care
Only the location of this hotel is good ……
