總體服務很好，工作人員很熱情，但是第一天辦理入住的時候跟酒店人員説提供嬰兒床，對方説好的稍後安排，下午回酒店休息未見到嬰兒床，OK我想可能遊客人多給忘記了，出門前有個男工作人員讓我們簽名安排嬰兒床後會立刻幫我們安排，我們不在酒店也會幫我們放進房間裏，但是等到晚上9點多回來，仍未見嬰兒床，很生氣打給前台質問怎麼回事，前台説白班的人已經確認單上有搬進嬰兒床瞭然而並沒有！！！導致寶寶從床上跌落下來，大概半個小時才等到晚班的人送來嬰兒床，因為摔跤導致寶寶一整晚睡不好一直哭鬧。發生這事也讓我們玩得不盡興，也很擔心寶寶這幾天的精神狀態！想當面投訴又怕被你們歧視我們大陸人！人已離港了，請你們經理處理這事吧！

ホテルの場所はどこに行くのにも便利です！
駅に行くのも、ホテル玄関前のエレベーターを使用したら楽に行けます。
ホテルのお部屋は、古さを感じますが掃除もきちんとされてて、毎日お掃除もしていただけるし気持ち良く5泊出来ました。
着いてから、お部屋のコンセント、トイレでトラブルがありましたが、直ぐに対応して頂きました。スタッフの皆さんも笑顔で毎日気持ち良かったです。
