住01房拒離防煙門太近，常有人出入，

位置沒得説，就在中環附近，步行十分鐘左右到中環碼頭，去太平山也很近，第二次在香港過夜選擇華美達海景酒店，但是房間相對去年第一次住條件略差，或許也算是香港🇭🇰酒店的特點😂

One of the worst experiences I have ever had. I accidentally booked the wrong date. I still made another booking with this same hotel for the correct date, for some reason no human can ever understand, they would not allow me to cancel the original booking with the wrong date, which by the way is weeks away. Reason why they did it? Pure greed! Horrendous service doesn’t begin to describe the kind of monstrosity, pure barbarism this behavior is. Needlessly to say, they lost all the customers that are all the people I have ever had a remote relationship with.
Again, very much appalled by such injustice coming from anyone in a service industry…. Lifelong PTSD

人が多く混んでいたからか、エレベーター乗るのにチェックインで並びましたが、清潔感あってお部屋は快適でした。
友達が鍵全て持って失踪してしまい、部屋に入れないかと思いましたが鍵をもう一個貸してくれるという深夜の神対応をしていただきました笑
