房子很小，設施比較簡陋。房間看起來乾淨，但不明白店家房務員清潔房間的時候，竟然看不到桌上電制位置有一球用過的紙巾。地點方便，位於天后。服務可以的，職員們有禮

我們頭一晚住在隔壁的皇悦卓越，雖然房間很小，衹有14平米，但總體設計挺精巧的。第二天換到皇悦的高級大床房，面積大了4平米，價格沒有貴太多，性價比更高。前台的 Michelle Yau非常nice，不僅幫我們辦了提前入住，而且根據我們的要求安排了更安靜的房間。工作人員總體都挺客氣的，沒有歧視內地人的感覺。反而有些國內來的住客，感覺挺盛氣凌人，讓人不太舒服。尊重是相互的。你尊重對方，一般都會獲得相應的尊重。
