在香港住過最好的酒店，服務一流，環境很新，床鋪很乾凈，贈送的晚餐和早餐一點都馬虎，所有菜品都很好吃，廁所風筒還是戴森的！有機會一定會再來！

房間設計温馨，充電口有U口和C口，可以不用帶插頭了，房間有大電視，洗漱用品齊全，很乾凈衞生。交通購物方便，銅鑼灣地鐵站F口很近。服務很好，坐着辦理入住，送的迎賓飲料和點心太豐富了，吃玩都飽了。早餐雲吞麪很好吃，蝦餃燒賣煙燻三文魚也好吃，豐富，精緻。不足之處是沒有海景，沒有大花園和浴缸泳池等，要是能有多個鏡子在客廳就好了，有些房型就有。

來香港出差，發現了這家寶藏酒店，位置在銅鑼灣核心地段，跟地鐵站五分鐘路程。酒店全新裝修，安靜典雅有南法情調，服務周到但是私隱性很好，員工很友善，服務速度快。
要給酒店的早餐服務點個贊，菜色不是特別多，但是有西式和港式風味都很地道美味（雲吞麪一絕）。酒店還送了傍晚雞尾酒體驗，都是酒店獨家研發定製的，很有特色。整體體驗很好，會推薦給朋友和同事下次過來住。

基於商務酒店、地段、價位、服務、硬件設施綜合打最高分。對標五星級及以上標準酒店，規模不大、樓道不寬、餐飲配套不多，但和香港有些五星級比，房間裝修新有自我格調、特別是空調噪音完全可以忽略、網速對商務人士很友好範圍涵蓋全，工作人員服務態度都非常友好專業。
