酒店前台的服務應做到更加細緻周到，帶着孩子入住，前台提行李箱都沒有那麼熱情和積極。早餐應該提高品質。前台叫了出租車離開，可是遇到出租車是惡霸，讓我們強行下車，整個香港的服務都待提高

算是周邊性價比最高的酒店了，房間夠大，衞生也行，服務中規中矩，地理位置優越，稍微老了一點，但瑕不掩瑜。

現場員工服務態度差，工作教條，也許是港人的優越感以及對大陸人有的偏見（當然也可能不是）。

過來辦證晚上住了一晚，感覺實在不值！ 離華潤大廈還是略有點遠！ 房間空間還可以吧，就是看看銅鑼灣高樓林立的擁擠特色！ 如果帶孩子，不建議住這裏！ 畢竟一晚1500+ 比迪士尼樂園貴！

房間夠大，房間內裝修很老舊，地毯臟的沒法看。

地理環境較好，設施完善，還免費給我們升級房間。美中不足有兩天衞生沒有打掃，催促後才進行清理。

Facilities: Although it was renovated 20 years ago, it can be seen that the management is very strict. The flower arrangement in the lobby is beautiful. I remember that the last time I came here 4 years ago, the flower arrangement in the lobby was dancing orchids, which left a deep impression on me. The fragrance in the lobby smells very reassuring. There is an infinity pool and bar on the roof. Whether it is a parent-child or couple trip, it will be a good experience. There are many delicious restaurants near Causeway Bay, so I didn’t book a breakfast buffet on this trip. Hygiene: The room is clean and tidy, and the room attendant tidies up very well. Environment: The hotel is located in Causeway Bay, only a 5-minute walk from Times Square. The transportation is very convenient and you won’t be too tired to walk anywhere. Service: The receptionist who received us at check-in can speak Mandarin. When we checked in, we were given a small gift for check-in and helped upgrade to a high floor with a better view. It was a very pleasant experience and recommended to stay.
