The hotel front desk offered Mandarin service, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing a thorough overview of the hotel facilities and important information. The hotel is located in Hong Kong's Causeway Bay, a very central area, making travel extremely convenient with bus and MTR stations right downstairs. The facilities, however, are a bit dated, and there was no bottled water provided. Although the room had a bathtub, there was a minor issue with water retention for some reason. Overall, for the price in Hong Kong, staying at this hotel was very good value for money.

The sea-view room was excellent. The front desk staff were polite and helpful, and the concierge assisted with our luggage. There are also plenty of dining options nearby. I would definitely consider staying here again; it's a hotel with good value for money.

Everything was great. The front desk even upgraded me to an executive room for free. The breakfast selection was decent. However, both beds on the first night were incredibly itchy, and I had to request a complete change of all the bedding before it was resolved. Hygiene is definitely something they need to pay more attention to.
The location is super convenient for transportation, dining, and entertainment, and for the price, you really can't complain.

Great location, very convenient for getting around. It's close to bus stops, the metro, and the tram. The high-floor room offered nice views. While not huge, it was perfect for one or two people. Excellent value for money, highly recommend! 👍

Very close to Causeway Bay MTR, the Central Library, and Victoria Park. The surrounding area offers convenient dining and transportation. Every time I come to Hong Kong, I consider staying here, as it offers great value for money in the city.

It’s a centrally located hotel. Easy to go around. The hotel itself is an old building. I wouldn’t say it wasn’t clean but old buildings generally have a smell, especially the bathroom was smelly so it’s a bit uncomfortable. Other than that the stay was okay for the price
