酒店位於地鐵站上面，也有通道和商場相連，出入非常方便；房間一切非常乾淨，裝備也不錯。前台服務（包括聯絡處接线生）到位。

酒店地點絕對優勢，就在東涌奧特萊斯L2層，購物很方便，有免費穿梭巴士去機場，10分鐘到機場，我趕早班飛機，所以選擇入住。不好的是房間內設施陳舊，燈光暗，衞生一般般，不是特別乾淨，可能是因為走廊盡頭的房間，夜裡能聽到外面的聲音，沒睡好。印度裔前台妺妹不懂普通話，後來換了中國妹妹態度很好。

前台check in服務蠻好的，房間夠大，空調很足，去商場吃飯購物太方便了吧，早上班車去機場也很順利，住機場附近的好選擇！

I had a very basic stomach (gas) problem in the night - and requested the reception for some over-the-counter basic antacid medicine - and they did not have any! The reception wanted to call me an ambulance or taxi to take to the hospital!!!

Amazing service by the service staff, the rooms are on the classic side and a little worn. But it is big compared to other HK hotels and has rather nice view of the surroundings.
Hotel is connected to the citygate mall via 2 entrances.
From the mall, you can walk to Tung Chung Mtr or take the ngong ping360 cable car.
And free shuttle to HKIA which runs every 20mins.

Airport shuttle to and from T1 is very convenient. The hotel is directly connected to Citygate Outlets and a short walk from Tung Chung MTR station so it’s ideal for layovers and short stays in and out of HK. The rooms are a little dated and the carpet a bit worse for wear but the price is lower than surrounding hotels and everything was satisfactorily clean. I would stay here again in the future.
