酒店非常乾淨，從機場出來，有免費接駁車送達酒店。早餐品種多，行政酒廊晚上有熱食，人也不算多，逛東薈城很方便。

就舊酒店，服務的話很一般，叫管家服務幾次都相當慢，不是一般～隨便住下是可以的，香港人的態度就是三個字“幫緊你”不知道有沒有人懂這3個字的意思，就是態度是好的，但落實到位會很慢！

房間真的太老舊了，飲用水衹給兩個330ml，床頭沒有插座很不方便。勝在服務還是很好，特別是前台和班車司機，早班機首選。

服務態度一般，酒店不提供充電轉換插座，問前台借，南亞裔服務員態度傲慢，説衹賣不借。這種服務已經被大陸甩十條街了。
