位置還可以，離牛頭角與觀塘地鐵站都不太遠，走到觀塘碼頭也方便。周邊吃飯方便，可選性很多。服務稍差點意思，設施偏舊些。

旅遊團比較多的酒店，出入都碰到好多人，繁忙時段需要等電梯。
環境還不錯，床感覺是彈簧床，比較硬，被子比較單薄。

免費升級了海景房
香港的酒店面積實在是小，這次給安排了20來平，很好了
房間衞生做得不錯
就是酒店的空調，響了一晚上，對於睡眠環境有要求的，真的不合適
周邊餐食很方便，
地鐵公交巴士出租車都很近，步行即可抵達
鴻圖樓的早餐比酒店自助餐好，哈哈，龍城冰室也在附近（僅收港幣，不接受付款寶消費）

風景好，高層視野一絕，靠近海邊，至少在香港性價比已經絕絕了，附近有地鐵站，離西九龍地鐵半小時左右吧，環境衞生都不錯，就是沒有免費的礦泉水

The location isn't the best, situated in the middle of an aging industrial district, but you can tell that there are major revitalization efforts with the beautiful seawall walk to a large park. We lived on the 27th floor with a great harbour view (as the name suggests). Only 5 minutes away from the Metro, it's easy to quickly get to HK's Central and Kowloon districts! I already have a second booking at this hotel.

這家酒店位於觀塘牛頭角，距離觀塘線牛頭角港鐵站不遠，在香港這個寸土寸金的地方，這個價格在香港我覺得性價比超高，房間乾淨整潔，前台工作人員服務態度很好，房間能看見維多利亞港，附近有麥當勞，有很多港式茶餐廳，有711超市很方便，酒店能免費寄存行李！

對於香港而言，這個酒店的位置還算便利，房間空間不大，傢俬尺寸縮小，裝修也比較老舊。還有我在留言一定要給我安排離電梯遠的地方，結果電梯每隔5分鐘的噪音還是很吵。需要避雷的是：酒店所有的插頭都是歐洲三相插頭，不符合大陸這邊的充電。入住的時候酒店的小姐姐也沒有提醒，後來才找她要才給。唯一的亮點就是衞生比較乾淨，洗澡水也比較大。至於服務這一塊香港還要多跟大陸酒店多多學習！

10 minutes walk to MTR subway station and have lots of local food down there if you do a little research as they’re mostly hiding in the industrial building.
Room is quite small and carpet & furnitures are aged. Mattress is very hard which causes me back pain every night.
Would not recommend to stay here again.
