check in時櫃枱依然一樣很不禮貌，remark了要大床，但最後話只有兩張單人床，説如果要大床要補錢upgrade，上個月來都不用收按金，這次突然又説要收一千deposit，checkout問怎樣退番，員工只收房咭説"得架喇”便沒有交代按金點退番，態度極度差！！！
