Hotel very close just 5 mins walk from the arrival gate but got some feedback
1. Room smell bad from carpet
2. Outdated design
3. Need to do maintenance
4. Customer service not polite
5. Beware of bathtub very slippery
6. Full of mold in the Toliet

就在機場邊上，從到達層往車庫方向走，五六分鐘就能到達，還是挺方便的。因為限塑，酒店房間裏不提供礦泉水了，好在在走廊裏有供水的機器。

Convenience of the hotel’s location is great! We always stay there before early morning flight. Short walk to the check-in counters of the airlines, easy access to the subway and other public transportation.

Booked the standard king size room for one night as had an early morning flight - Quick and easy check in, helpful staff and the rooms itself is spacious and spotless. Will definitely be booking here again when flying out of HK again.

For Regal....the airport location is in much better maintenance than the Shatin Regal Hotel that i stayed.
Hotel should consider soundproof windows since being in the airport location. Basically， you hear all the planes.

Located near carpark 4, good for layover flight. A bit pricey. No bottled water provided. There is stain in the spoon so I doubt it was cleaned.

Great room. Was initially given a room filled with cigarette smoke. Was immediately given a change to another room. Great location!!!

I don’t think they can classify as hotel, I think ore like an Inn or motel. The room Smelly, dirty and disgusting. Their price is rid of!
