The Cosmopolitan Hotel Hong Kong boasts an excellent location, within walking distance to the Causeway Bay shopping district and MTR station, making it super convenient for getting around and shopping. The rooms are clean and tidy, well-equipped, and the service is thoughtful and attentive. It offers great value for money and is a top-notch accommodation choice for your trip to Hong Kong.

Got an upgraded room. The air conditioning was really strong and it was quite spacious and clean. The only downside is that the facilities are a bit old, and the AC is quite noisy.

It was okay, not bad. The hotel is quite old, and the decor and facilities seem quite dated. The air conditioning was very loud. The shuttle bus service was mediocre; they didn't even tell me I was on the wrong one.

Absolutely terrible! Words can't describe it, so I've uploaded photos for everyone to see for themselves. The bathroom floor is incredibly slippery, and I nearly fell twice! I accidentally looked under the bed while searching for something and found all sorts of unspeakable things. Online, it looked like daily complimentary items were included, but when I checked in, they said only one set was provided, no matter how long the stay. There's an extension cord that pops out from under the carpet near the room number – I have no idea how that passed fire safety inspection!

The room was absolutely filthy! Plus, there was a connecting door to the next room, so there was zero privacy. The bed felt like it was about to collapse, and to top it off, my child's rhinitis flared up! This is hands down the worst hotel I've ever stayed at in all my trips to Hong Kong. Thankfully, Trip.com was there to help! They were initially reluctant to refund the room fee, and my poor child was really suffering with their rhinitis.

The hotel's location is just so-so, and the rooms are too small for the price. I wouldn't recommend it for tourists; it's not really worth the money.

Pretty good, and the location is convenient. We got a coupon for a set meal at Wah Sing Cafe, a Hong Kong-style diner, with our booking – the complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus. **Facilities:** The room environment was decent, and it offered great value for money. **Service:** It was okay. When you're in Hong Kong, it's best to adjust your expectations. You can't really compare it to service on the mainland, and if you're paying under HKD 1000, don't even expect top-notch service.
