Should be renovate asap. Broken window, full of dust, the toilet not working well, water not working well, and many others. Definitely not good choice for staying before they renovate.

The accommodation is clean, not very messy, close to the BTS and buses.
No small towels, no combs, no toothbrushes, no shampoo.
Hard bed, the day I booked the room cost 6200฿ 22 sq m.
Found a very expensive moment Probably during Labor Day.

This hotel has become my favorite "go-to" when I'm in HK.
Without doubt, this is the best value hotel in HK, with "normal" sized rooms rather then the miniature 10sqm of most hotels in HK in this price bracket.
The staff are all very friendly and helpful (nice to be remembered & welcomed as a returning guest!).
Note: The hotel no longer supplies water & toiletries with the room (other then liquid soaps), but this is apparently because of new Government regulations. No big deal, just be aware you will need to bring your own toothbrush!!!. (or you can buy at reception). I am attaching pic of the notice in the room.
Will definitely be returning to this hotel.

The location is very good and convenient for traveling. The bus from the airport goes directly to the hotel.
