服務極差,咩都話無,房間無水無電話,電都只有部分有,似學生宿舍,唔似酒店.
最差的莫過於枕頭，奇扁無比。用他們的枕頭包你落枕。
拖鞋也很差，毛絮粘腳上。
本來住23樓很吵要換房，結果給我換錯房間，之後又來叫我換多一次。
check-out之後想借個廁所也不讓。

位置方便，鄰近鑽石山站。與其說他是酒店，倒不如說他是宿舍，整個格局裝潢完完全全就是宿舍。置物空間有不少，不過都是難以使用的。
