4月6號來酒店入住時，賓館的前台説“空調壞了”。為什麼沒有提前告知我們？結果我們反應了問題，前台給老闆打電話説明情況，老闆卻在電話中説“因為你們是來自菲律賓，菲律賓本來就很熱，沒空調也行，所以沒跟你們説。” 太過分了吧！！怎麼能區別對待？服務態度惡劣！你們入住條件寫了有空調才選你家的，我們也是華人，衹不過是住在菲律賓生活而已。老闆怎麼這麼對我們呢？實在讓人心寒！好在前台退了一些錢給我們，前台服務態度還是很好的。
下次再也不訂你們賓館！老闆態度不行，素質差！

Location is great. Got food, metro station and shopping area. Room is clean. Receptionist explain everything in details. Room is ok considering Hong Kong size.
