Second time booking here. The hotel is good as usual. It’s clean and tidy, always smelling good. There’s a fridge, microwave and coffee. It’s free to drink.

This was near ***** new Year but still very cheap for the time of year. still got a nice double room. But could not stay longer as over ***** new year prices rocket from HK$250 to $900 at some places. But as with all chung king mansion hostels it was good value for money, very clean and efficient service at the one inn.

Clean.. good aesthetics Easy to go around. Near bus station Walking. Very friendly staff and all questions were handled in our favour.

Someone from Trip.com made a phone call few times to negosiate the cancellation due to imigration didn't let in to HK and deported us. Even personally I wrote the email 2 times cc some HK tourist depar**ent but no reply or feedback at all. This is th worse scenario when you travel and they cheated on you. Not only Financial but emotional damage received. The other website show this hotel was like 3Star hotel but it didnt show like that. It is fully fraud. It shouldnt worth even for 1 diamond.

They refused to check me in after payment, apparently they have ther 2 or 3 diffrent hotels and they play with the room. If you want to avoid a nigh**are choose wisely.

The location is great in the Chungking Building! The front desk and the rooms are on different floors, so you have to take the elevator to get in, but the room was good for the price. It was also good that there was a microwave and a refrigerator!

Some hotels will ask you if you can smoke, and then arrange a room with a window for smoking. According to the no-smoking regulations, except for public places, bus stations, indoor places, etc., smoking is allowed in hotel rooms. According to the fixed penalty, the fine is HK$1,500, but the fine for this hotel is HK$2,500, which is already higher than the government’s fine requirements and it’s still not settled. The bed was wet, so it was obviously extremely humid. It took less than half an hour for me to check in. Because I ate or smoked, they forced the door open and told you that you would be fined $2,500. If you didn't, they would kick you out. Not only will the rent not be refunded, but the rent will be refunded with a fine of 2,500 due to the fact that he was eating and smoking in the room. This is the first time Gan has been evicted for smoking cigarettes. The rent was not refunded and he was not even given a warning. There was no explanation before moving in that he would be fined or kicked out if he was found smoking cigarettes. Even if you have 2,500, you won't be fined more than that. The room is very cost-effective and located right at the Tsim Sha Tsui subway entrance. I will stay here again next time.

I looked for a hotel, but it was a guest house. In front of the elevator to go up to the check-in floor, the sign of this hotel was covered and turned off, so it was quite difficult to reach. At check-in, I was suddenly charged $80 for room cleaning. The room was very spacious with two beds. The sheets were stained after paint and the towels provided were also stained. The shelf next to the bed was also very dirty and had a few small bugs. There was a hair dryer on the wall, but I couldn't use it because the shape of the outlet was different from the one in the room. The shower is on top of the toilet, and the toilet gets soaked when you take a shower. The room was so bad that I left immediately after rebooking a different hotel. In the first place, I think that it is a problem that it is posted as if it is a hotel even though it is a guest house. Absolutely do not book here.

The hotel is run by Indians and is dirty. You can take a shower but there is no hot water. There is no quilt. There is only one sheet to cover it, so it will be cold and the color of the water is rusty. You have to pay a cleaning fee when you check in. You only accept cash. There are cockroaches on the wall of the elevator. The check-in location does not match the Ctrip logo
