Response from Property: Dear guests, thank you very much for your review. The hotel is located at Exit E1 of Tsim Sha Mong Kok MTR Station in Hong Kong. Although the hotel room is small, it is equipped with a separate bathroom, 24-hour hot water (the electric water heater needs to be turned on and preheated for 10 minutes before use), conversion plugs, and the hotel has no front desk service (if you mind, you need to choose a hotel, most Hong Kong hotels do not have a front desk). If there is no one on duty when the guest arrives, you need to call us to check in or V: Hong Kong 111999~ Looking forward to your visit~ Please know the following shortcomings of the hotel before booking: Hong Kong hotels generally have small rooms/no 24-hour front desk staff recommends opening roaming services for easy contact/the water heater is electric, you can contact us if you don’t know how to use it~
