The location is in pool at causeway bay, where there is ample shopping and easy transportation to site seeing spots, including the Victoria bay, the Victoria park, time square, etc. if you are a strong walker like we were, it’s all within walking distance, lol.
The staff were friendly. The room is fairly clean. Not big in size though. And the hotel provided free shower/shampoo/ conditioner, but the quality is very meh. Bring your own if you like to enjoy such things.

The hotel is in a good location, about 200 meters from Tin Hau MTR station. It is very close and convenient to go shopping in Causeway Bay.
Facilities: The air conditioner is too noisy and affects sleep.
Hygiene: Very clean.
Environment: There is no environment outside the hotel.
Service: So-so.

The second time I checked in, the room was not big. A large bed was enough for two obese people to turn around easily. It took up most of the place and there was very little room for movement. After the plastic removal, no supplies are provided except paper towels. However, there are vending machines in the lobby that sell various supplies for a few yuan each. The price is not expensive. The food for breakfast and afternoon tea is average, but everything else is OK.
