I booked an accessible room at the last minute for one night. I had reservations at another hotel but couldn't stay there due to poor hygiene, so I booked this hotel at 4pm and moved straight in. When I checked in, it took a bit of time as my information hadn't reached reception yet. However, the receptionist was very helpful, and I appreciate that.
After checking in, the room wasn't as large as typical hotels in HK, but it was very clean. I've stayed at many hotels in HK and, honestly, this was one of the more affordable ones in the same price range.
I really enjoyed my stay here. It's very close to the metro station and night markets. In the evening, there was a small live music show in the lobby, where I found myself enjoying the music with a glass of wine.
If I have the opportunity to stay in Mongkok again, I will definitely choose the Hilton Garden Inn. The staff are very friendly and the service is excellent! Thank you for your hospitality.

The hotel is pretty good for HongKong, however, we booked this hotel because it had a pool (our visit was the 2nd week in April) and it was 30°C outside, but the pool was closed... And obviously no warning here on Trip.com...

There is an overpass in front of the hotel, which is very noisy. There are building material stores in the surrounding streets, which are dirty and messy. The hotel front desk service is very bad (there is a long-haired girl who is not bad). The room is relatively small, the facilities are old, and the bathroom does not even have a proper shower. It is extremely simple. The sofa and carpet are stained. It is not far from the subway station, and it takes ten minutes to get there. ￥1300/night
