這家已經是第二次入住，但今次入住體驗感非常差，客户服務超級差勁！！客房裡面有兩支價值60元港幣的依雲水，對於住酒店來説不必要而且性價比不高的商品基本上也不會消費。所以入住時已經購買了兩支大水滿足自己一晚飲用水需求，可是在退房的時候酒店告知依雲水已經有打開並且有飲過的痕跡，水不滿！這個完全不符合邏輯，並且我已經告知酒店我自己的買的水都還有一支沒喝完怎麼會消費呢。可惜酒店堅持説已經打開過，這試問是否酒店前一次收拾房間已經放了一支開了的水在房間或者客房服務員不小心打開了。再者作為消費者如果真系打開過，60元港紙真是喝了就算，沒必要與酒店爭論，經過幾個來回溝通，酒店不但沒有站在客户角度來看整個事情邏輯反而堅持，這個希望酒店在管理上可以認真對待客户服務問題，同時以後入住這家的住客也要進入房間先檢查一下客房迷你吧與飲用水等一切設施，雖然麻煩，但也避免可能會因酒店可能出現的“某種行為”導致有不必要的損失！當然最好這家酒店大家能避得就避，不要踩坑！

房間大小在香港來説真可以了，衞生也挺乾淨，屬於尖沙咀中心區很方便，周圍很多葯粧店，購物廣場K11、海港城、1881都方便，下次來還住這裏。
