The hotel is very clean and conveniently located, just one subway stop from Victoria Harbour. The bedding quality is exceptionally good. Otherwise, it's pretty much a standard hotel, but for the price in Hong Kong, it offers excellent value for money.

The location is right in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, which was great for exploring since there's a shopping arcade right downstairs. When the curtains were open, we had a direct view of where the locals live, which really gave us that authentic Hong Kong vibe. It's a small place, but it has everything you need. I guess that's to be expected given how expensive real estate is in Hong Kong, but it didn't really matter since we were out all day anyway. We stayed for 3 days and really grew fond of the place. Its location and price are definite advantages. Good!

The place feels clean and well-maintained, and they're very quick to respond to emails and inquiries. Although the facilities are quite outdated, it seems the host has done their best to keep it tidy. It kinda feels like a room from my parents' student days when they first moved to the city from the countryside. You won't find bugs unless you eat inside or leave the window open all night. I'd recommend it if you just need a quick place to sleep or if you're not particularly picky, but if you're sensitive, I'd suggest paying more and staying in a hotel. It's a good location, only a 20-minute walk to Tsim Sha Tsui Station.

The place is a gem. It’s located right near Jordan Station so it’s covemient to reach and to go anywhere from there. The building itself is easy to spot with diverse dining options around but be aware of small elevator. The 2 owners were super nice, accomodating and helpful. They cleans and make sure we have fresh towels everyday. Will recommend this to everyone coming to Hong Kong

Last-minute booking during Chinese New Year. Despite this, I received a very warm welcome. The room was tiny (not even enough room to put my travel backpack on the floor without having to step over it), BUT it was very, very clean, and it had a window! That makes all the difference. The owner is very involved in running her hotel. She took the time to show me how to open each entrance door. The hotel is on the 5th floor, in a very lively area, but the room was very quiet. The bedding was impeccable, and the linens were spotless. The owner even ironed the sheets after making the bed. The duvet was very comfortable and super clean. The bathroom was very clean, and shampoo and shower gel were provided. The Wi-Fi was perfect, and there was an electric kettle and tea available in the hallway.

The location is unbeatable, the owner were extremely careful kind and accommodating, and were happy to meet all our requests. They cleaned the room daily and the luggage deposit was free. The only thing was that the room was pretty small and humid, but it's normal in HKG.

Great location, and for the price, there's really nothing to complain about! I also wanted to experience an old-style Hong Kong hotel, and it was a unique stay.

Extremely patient and excellent service! The location is super convenient, right near the subway entrance, making transportation and dining options easily accessible. There's hot water, a fridge, and it's very clean – no bug issues like I was worried about. Definitely great value for money!

Good stay. Very tidy in a good location. Air-con worked well. Not a big room but that was to be expected. If you're doing Hong Kong on the cheap then this is where you want to stay.

Although the room small/just enough for 2 adults and enough to open 1 medium luggage at a time, the room is clean and along Nathan room which is very accessible and near night market.

Conveniently located, a 15-minute walk from the West Kuwloon train station. Clean and tidy, the host is welcoming.

This is a wonderful place. We stayed here for six nights and were very satisfied. It's clean, and the bed linen and towels were changed regularly. The mattress is comfortable. The location is also very convenient. Next time, we plan to stay right here again!!!
