It was centrally located in Mongkok and we had a great time exploring. The owner of our rental (Cathy) was very kind. She checked on our every need to make sure we were comfortable and provided for. A big bonus was that she also spoke english! Most people just turn away from you if they don't speak it. Of course we weren't fluent in chinese so no complaints. I highly recommend this location. It's small but every place is small there.

The service is quite good. One of the workers speaks good English. I was having trouble with my SIM card (I picked up the wrong one,) so she took me across the street to a shop that has them for cheap.
The room's small, but, again, it's a guest house, and it's H.K. If you want something bigger, you're going to pay.
The only thing that bothers me (and it's not exclusive to this guest house) is the noise from the other guests. A lot of guests are completely clueless and play their music / have loud conversations right outside of the room. Mei Wah should put up some "Please be quiet" signs in Mandarin and English, but the guests are probably too ignorant or apathetic to care.

The hotel is in a good location, with convenient shopping and dining nearby. The hotel is hygienic and the waiters have good attitudes. Thumbs up! It's just that the bathroom is too small and it's inconvenient to take a shower. This is a matter of architectural design and it's difficult to change now.

The landlady is very kind. Hong Kong is indeed Hong Kong. It once again exceeded my understanding. It turns out that the space in the room can be utilized to the extreme. Even the bathroom door can be folded to save space.
