Land is really precious in Hong Kong. The two beds and walkway in the hotel that cost NT$3,480 were not as big as the one bed we stayed in in Macau. It felt amazing.

Standing under the hotel sign, you won't be able to find this hotel without asking. The room is bad. It's just a hotel. There is no table, no towels or bath towels. You can't really fall asleep. Check-in requires a deposit, and check-out is not possible. Easy to retreat

Golden Hotel has a nice location, and the rooms are clean enough. The service is a little bad. Why? Some of the ladies who work there are super loud and wake me up. Please, shut up!

The room is much larger than expected, the bathroom is very clean, and toiletries can be taken on demand. There may be no one at the front desk, so you can check in at the pharmacy downstairs. The uncle is very welcoming. A deposit is required to check in, so it is best to prepare some cash in Hong Kong dollars.

Lots of traffic noise even though my room has no windows.
Other occupants were also very noisy in the corridor at 3am.
Noisy pipes where you can hear the water flow.
This is a very noisy hotel.
The reception desk is not located in the hotel, but at a pharmacy downstairs. You cannot check-in or check-out before/after the opening/closing time of the pharmacy.
Questionable ammenities: the slippers are the non-disposable type (not sure if it was cleaned beforehand), and the shower gel/shampoo are dispensed from random bottles that are placed beneath the toilet (unsanitary location). One of the socket has a broken plug pin stuck inside.
The only advantage is the location which is near the heart of Mong Kok.
Overall, not recommended mainly because of the noisyness.

Cleaner than I expected. The price in Hong Kong has the same conditions, and it is worth the price. The big brother on duty is very kind. He works 12 hours a day, all year round. Don’t expect five-star service. Be more understanding. He is willing to chat with you about daily life when he is not busy. If you can smoke Double Happiness together, can you? Experience the loyalty and diligence of ordinary Hong Kong people. The charm of traveling for me is to experience the local people and people.
