Although it is said to be non-smoking, there is an ashtray in the room, and the smell of cigarettes comes in from somewhere. Everyone seems to be smoking in their rooms. The name is Hong Kong, but the front desk staff does not speak English. The location of the Ladies Market is good... Safety and cleanliness issues are serious.
