到了酒店發現前台關門了，打電話叫前台才過來辦理入住，房間大小勉強接受，位置很好，出門就是是尖沙咀地鐵站還有重慶大廈，味道重，衞生不咋地，好在床上用品是乾淨的，訂的雙床房但是我沒有寫第二個人的訊息，然後商家居然説會安排陌生人跟我同住，被雷到了，然後如果不想的話就換單人房，沒有衞生間那種，而且需要補150塊錢差價，或者是買下另外一個床位，也是需要補150塊錢，有點文字遊戲的感覺了，後面跟商家去投訴這個事情，也衹是説是業主規定的我衹是個代理打工人沒有辦法，如果要退房的話也不能退款，衹好自認倒黴了，理解打工人，但是不能理解香港這邊住宿的政策

#positive #I was happy with the Convenience of Transport, Toiletries, Soundproofing, Value for Money, Bed Comfort Level, Nearby Activities; 我以为香港便宜一点的酒店会很小很挤，已经做好了心理准备，但是没想到这家酒店让我觉得很舒服，前台小姐姐（不知道是不是老板娘～）人超级好，普通话也说得很好，很耐心，一直引我们到房间，说一些注意事项。在香港这个价格的酒店，真的非常划算，客栈楼下就是巴士站和地铁站，真的超级方便。

這次入住體驗非常差。
一進門，地毯跑掉、廁所門鎖壞掉要用繩子勾著、馬桶蓋上滿滿的尿漬、衛生紙沒有補，我們想說睜一隻眼閉一眼，因為check-in時櫃檯人員看到我們有四位成員要入住就極力推薦多付200元可以升級4人房（原本訂兩間單人房）。第一天即這樣子過了，第二天晚上在批了黑色上衣的枕頭上發現很多明顯一點一點的東西，近看竟然會爬動，當場嚇傻，再拿手電筒照床鋪跟枕頭，滿滿的白色蟲子，當天晚上已經聯絡不到櫃檯人員，跟trip平台說明這件事，平台只說一直聯繫不上，只能等明天早上11點櫃檯人員上班才有回應，所以這部分並未得到及時處理，當晚我們就前往香港友人家打地鋪過夜，隔天向櫃檯詢問時，櫃檯人員態度超不友善，認為我們是想凹錢，說怎麼第一天沒有馬上講，如果沒有把黑色的上衣墊在枕頭上我們完全不會發現呀！櫃檯人員的態度就是非常不願意傾聽我們所遇到的問題，後來找了警察來處理，而這環境差到連當地警察都不忍唏噓，也確實看到了床上有會爬行的白色蟲子，後來告訴我們也只能找消費者委員會投訴。
櫃檯人員跟經理把會爬行的白色蟲子當棉絮，還想毀屍滅跡，說眼睛不好看不到。整體體驗極差，強烈建議大家不要再來受委屈。
