Perfect location beside MTR,more airbnb style ,small rooms especially toilet but very convenient located,foods area easy assessible.

It’s nice and quiet but slightly far from the metro station. However, there are two buses that go to metro station every 20 mins. There ain’t many shopping places nearby but like I said metro and rest of the things are 15 mins away by bus.

This hotel was a three-star hotel when I ordered it, but it was a B&B, which was worse and more expensive than a one-star hotel. There was no service staff. I waited for two hours and no one answered the phone. Later, an old man came after the hotel staff called for me. Open the door. I can’t understand Cantonese well, so I can only use written words to communicate. You need a password to enter the door of the residence, and you need a different password to enter the 13th floor. You also need a password to enter the room. If you forget it, you may not be able to enter, and there will be no service. The staff can only wait for the residents to help deal with it, which is very tiring. I will not stay here again in the future.

Some hotels in Hong Kong no longer provide toothbrushes and towels, so travelers need to buy them or bring their own, but Ao Si still provides them, and you can even add more by yourself. For travelers coming to Hong Kong, if the hotel or hostel is just for sleeping, then Ao Si is the best choice, as it is cost-effective.

The location was really good. It's right above the metro and the bus stop is right next to it! It was convenient! I wanted to change my clothes and leave my luggage first, so I contacted Trip Chat in advance to inform them of my arrival time. The staff was just there and checked. I had a hard time finding the name for my reservation. I found it safely, rented a restroom, and then tried to leave my luggage. The staff prepared a room for us. (Check-in is at 3pm and I arrived around 2pm) He carefully taught me how to use the door. The staff were kind. As a thank you, I gave her a souvenir of chocolate, and she was happy. I wasn't sure if I could use my smartphone number in Hong Kong, so the hostel had a LINE account. We exchanged information on how to check out etc. The price is reasonable, and I'm satisfied with the large window I like, a bed under it, and some stylish pictures on display. I spent my time looking out the window at Hong Kong's main streets and observing people. The shower is also in the same room as the toilet, but it's in the room, and the security is safe. I'd stay here again if I have the chance. thank you very much!

The attitude of the hotel staff is kind, the environment is clean and tidy, the receptionist is polite and kind, the room equipment is complete, and the overall environment is satisfactory.
