A simple one-night stay, the conditions are okay, and the price-performance ratio is good

Top stream among youth hostels. The beds are very clean, and the toilet and shower are fully adequate. The front desk staff is very polite and can introduce their hotel to tourists from different places in three languages. The only thing is that the place is a bit difficult to find. You need to enter a building first and take the elevator to the fifth floor. The common problems of youth hostels still exist. The problems of roommates packing up and snoring still exist, but this obviously cannot be blamed on the youth hostel.

The environment is good, the location is convenient and fast, and it is convenient to go everywhere. They are all in the central city, and there are many check-in points within walking distance. The accommodation staff are very good. The only disadvantage of staying with multiple people is that the time of check-in will be a little late at night.

Some people snore and don't sleep very well. The front desk boss is very nice and handsome.

Overall good value for money

Overall, the accommodation was all good, but I left a review like this because there was one thing that I was disappointed about. I was going to rent a towel at 11:59 p.m. on Dec. 12. I asked for a rent late and apologized to the staff. But her staff got angry at me with her angry expression and tone. I submitted 500 Hong Kong dollars. But she said she couldn't lend me the towel because there was no change in the lobby. So I told her that if there was no change, she could give it to me tomorrow. But she said it was impossible. Eventually, I couldn't take a shower that evening. The next day, I waited until the lobby of the accommodation opened, and I opened it and went right away. The male staff kindly hosted me and lent me that there were changes in the lobby. I was so grateful to the male staff. I liked that most of the staff were kind, but it was a very difficult trip because of only one staff, and it made me feel very unpleasant. I hope you realize that actions and attitudes to just one person can be an evaluation of the accommodation and an evaluation of the country

One of the ‘long-residents’ of the place came home drunk at 4am, smashed the windows open very inconsiderately and when I asked him ‘why did you do that?’ He said it was because someone turned off his personal light. He accused me and then threatened to mess with my stuff when I was gone for the day. I felt threatened and unsafe. Everyone else woke up in the dorm and told him to be quiet. Multiple people came to find me the next day to ask if I’m alright. I told reception of this incident and asked to change rooms. I was told I would have to pay extra. When I said no, I shouldn’t have to pay extra as it is a matter of principle they told me if I had further complaints to call the police. I was also told maybe I can’t be trusted. Just very bad experience. Also the place is untidy, humid, in a very rundown building. Showers are despicable. Not social at all. Many old people in dorms (I’m talking 65+). Would not stay here again. Just disgusting.

Incredibly humid place so it means the rooms stink because ventilation is really bad, very noisy, showers were horrible (almost dribbling and 0 pressure), not social for a solo traveller, half the people were over the age of 60

Finding the facility wasn't easy. The room had no windows and not all of us had access to a locker for our suitcases. The top bunk beds do not have curtains for privacy or to protect from torchlight at night. The bathrooms were dimly lit which made putting on makeup very difficult.
