The hotel was comfortable and the room was a bit bigger than other hostels. The receptionist is very nice, friendly and professional. The hotel is a quiet place too so no noisy disturbances.

香港住過最差勁的旅館，櫃檯是印度人，入住時另外跟我們收費港幣200元，頭先以為是卡片押金，跟我們說是服務費，不退款，後來跟trip.com 反應，旅館竟然說是我們要升等房間，到最後又說是我們有四個人入住，我們跟網站反應，有本事旅館就把監視器調出來，我們如果像旅館說的是四個人入住，我願意賠償100倍給旅館，生意人賺錢正當一點不行嗎？還好我有要求開收據。

地段在平民窟，環境非常差。人員雜亂。到地方已經夜裡1點多。門不能鎖，蓋的就一張被套。非常臟。
