Stayed here for the flight for the next day. Airport shuttle runs every hour. 7/11 located right in front of the hotel. Overall satisfied.

酒店距離香港機場很近還有接送大巴車！奧特萊斯和地鐵港鐵站也有接送非常方便！酒店房間面積也可以！樓下馬路對面還有7-11！

When we arrived, we checked in at the front desk. The front desk kept recommending us to upgrade to a suite with sea view. I said my child was taking an exam and was not in the hotel during the day, so we could not get an upgrade. They repeatedly asked us to get a quieter room because the child had an exam. But maybe because they did not upgrade us, they arranged a corner room. Not only was the room small, but there was a construction site downstairs that started making noise early in the morning. We checked in on the evening of May 8th. We were greeted by a fat man. I doubted that we were arranged to stay at the Hampton Sheraton. Sheraton is considered a five-star hotel, right? Are there still such employees? I am extremely dissatisfied.

I have to say incidents happening would be a good opportunity to know the place or organization better.
This time, Sheraton demonstrates an impressive incident handling skill when I found some mistakes of housekeeping. The manager himself with a couple of coworkers come to solve, explain, and apologize for it, even if this is just a very minor mistake.
When checking out, the receptionist heard about the incident from me, and they made me feel they are so sincerely sorry, again as the 4th time :)
Back to the room itself, impressive sea view and airport view, fine bathroom commodities and the whole-night silence.
I would say this is very nice experience, so that I left a memo to big back the hotel a big Thanks!
