All good with one exception--Location, view, room size, comfort, HVAC -- all great. But I could not get the on-demand hot water up past luke-warm. So, no hot showers for me! Front desk offered to help, but when I got more instructiin, there was little improvement.

Absolutely perfect for a 2 day visit to Hongkong. Location is great and you are surrounded by the old Sheung Wan Buildings. The Staff extremely friendly and you always feel welcome when you check in. Great location in central at a very affordable price. Will keep coming back, by far one of my preferred stays in Hong Kong

Very well located, the room is small but perfect for one night. The room is clean and the facilities ok.

Close to everything and friendly staff, I’d stay here again! 5 minutes walk from the nightlife area too. A little pricey but it is HK

The room is really small, and it’s not very clean, but location is great and close to all the happenings. The lady at the front desk was really polite and helpful.

Not a bad stay tho but it’s really a bit smaller than expected. 😁😁😁 average scored for this hotel and such experience.

Perfect location in Central a very good price/value ratio for Hong Kong. Room is small but functional and essential. Bigger than other hotels that go for higher price. Room is clean and bed is comfortable. Staff is nice too.

The price is so high the structure is quite old . The service so so no lobby place . Price expensive . No way to get new bathroom commodities all veryold …

It was wrongly advertised on trip.com that there was an outdoor pool, gym and sauna for guests to relax in. An on-site restaurant and coffee shop were all referenced but not there. Hopefully the information has been updated by trip.com I booked 5 nights expecting all of these facilities to be there for me to use and none of them were there. It spoilt my holiday. The hotel told me that they didn’t have these facilities when I asked them about it on my first day. They said trip.com had made an error. They didn’t offer any solutions to help me though, e.g. giving me a slight discount would have been a nice good will gesture. Despite the negatives, the staff were friendly and the hotel was clean and in a very convenient area. There wouldn’t have been a single issue if it was correctly advertised. I’d recommend for guests to stay there if the information about their facilities is correctly advertised.

The location of this hotel is great, and for they money you pay its good value. The staff could have been a bit more helpful when it came to helping me order a tai etc. But location wise, can't complain.

Really great hotel located in Central HK. Close to Central metro Station and Close to LKF. Service is great, and the rooms are clean.
