房間寬敞明亮，舒適乾淨；遇見的每位工作人員態度和氣，樂於助人；酒店門外服務生接待我們十分主動熱情，從行李搬運到去樂園的車輛引導無不令人感到賓至如歸；餐廳美食花樣繁多，回味無窮…下次再來迪士尼樂園還會住探索家酒店！

The shuttle bus drop off and pick up dont have shelters. It will get wet when is raining day.

非常喜歡探索家酒店，不定時會有迪士尼的動物出來和大家拍照打招呼，裡面充滿了歡樂和開心的氛圍。
飯店乾淨，備品掃二維碼會有人送來房間，不小心忘記帶小朋友的尿布，發現可向飯店免費申請，非常感動！
飯店內也有小活動，空閒時間可以參加，泳池乾淨，一家四口在這裡有很美麗的回憶。
