職員非常有禮貌，check in 在1/F樓層，辦理入住非常快，很快可上到房間，唯香港寸金尺土，房間空間真的太小了，洗手間非常細，使用不太方便，雪櫃亦不夠制冷，望酒店能作出改善。

酒店在灣仔和銅鑼灣之間，非常方便，周圍有很多好吃的東西，購物逛街也很方便，離地鐵站大概幾分鐘的路程，出了地鐵也很好找。
