Great but have no room service at all. May not come again as the floor very low and can’t see the view

Lovely room with excellent views. But the service level is definitely not up standard. 1. The reception staff is very rude, no greeting, always busy on phones and computers. This did improve after I complained. 2. I was not told that cleaning happens ONLY when I ask for it. The first day I waited 6 hours for my room to be cleaned - not much to do! Empty the trash cans! 3. I arrived in Hong Kong on an early flight and was at hotel at 11:00. I asked about early check in - even willing to pay extra. (I am 62 years old, had heart surgery 2 months ago and still weak). They just said: “come back at 3 pm”. Very inhumane. Rules are rules, but surely we can be flexible? 4. I understand that everyone pays a 1000 dollar deposit. But really!? Me? A 62 year old teacher? What will I do to the room? 5. On checkout morning at 6 am, the service staff gave me back my deposit and said goodbye. No offer to help with my luggage or with an umbrella - it was raining heavily. Bad service. 6. It is not a hotel but serviced apartments . The room has a fridge and microwave, 2 mugs and 4 glasses. BUT no plates , bowls, or cutlery?! So although the room is nice, I will NOT return to this property.

Room is big and clean. Amazing view on the harbour, good noise canceling. Some more amenities could be welcome. Location is super close from tram and metro stop. No really facilities like gym or lobby. Free luggage storage even for multiples days. Overall I recommend.

Check-in process was fast, the staff were really nice and helpful! The room was breathtaking, this is by far the best hotel I’ve personally stayed at in HK just because of the view. I was fortunate enough to get a room on the 25th floor giving me a 180 view of the harbour!!!!

Greatly located hotel with an amazing view! Apartment was clean and tidy :)
