The room was good. If you’re classy, you are not for this hotel. Don’t expect too much from hotels in Mong Kok.

It's more like a Hostel then a hotel. You have to take the elevator to floor 25 then walk up 2 flights to floor 26. Floors 22 - 26 are all hotels or private living spaces. When you get to the door there is a phone and a number to call. And the phone does not work. Had to call 15 min to get an answer. The room was small. Normal clean standard, no toilet paper, used rubber shoes in bathroom. No hot water in the morning time only in evening. There are better rooms at a cheaper price. Like hotel Casa few blocks away. It was not a bad room or stay. It's right next to circle K food shop.

Hong Kong slums, I feel like if you are a girl you really shouldn’t live there! Compared with other hotels in Chungking Mansions, this is the worst after so many times in Hong Kong. I can still tolerate it, but the hygiene is really bad, and the soundproofing is very poor. You can hear the sounds next to you. The air conditioner was broken, and it made as loud as a typhoon when it was turned on all night! Then it turned off automatically after being on for more than an hour, and I was woken up by the heat several times during the night! Moreover, there is no front desk at the door. When contacted online, the store did not answer the phone or send messages. It took more than half an hour at the door to contact the platform and finally contact the store! I added someone to WeChat at the door but didn’t reply. It’s so difficult! It was so shabby that it made me feel like I was in Myanmar. I thought they dared to sell it for more than 800 in the peak season. I would not be too bad at more than 200 in the off-season. Who knew, it was really a nightmare! Be greedy and suffer big losses!

Response from Property: Except for pictures 2 and 3, which belong to our hotel, what do the other pictures have to do with us? Do you think the whole building belongs to us? There is no need to retire in that minute, there is a building in Hong Kong with a net worth of tens of billions~~~

It's really hard to describe. It's the first time I stayed in such a small and bad room... I stayed there for three days... I couldn't sleep well every day... But the location is really good and the surrounding area is very convenient.

After searching for a long time on Ctrip, I chose this hotel, which cost 460 yuan per night for a 9-square-meter room. It turned out that I had overestimated the accommodation environment in Hong Kong. We originally booked for four nights. When I took a shower on the first night, the water wouldn't go down. Later I found that the sewer grate was blocked by hair and there were dirt-like scum on the quilt. They said they had upgraded us to a quadruple room. Me and I Mom was squeezed into the same bed and didn't fall asleep. That night, because we cleaned the hair from the sewer, the smell came back so that we didn't sleep well all night, and my mother didn't sleep well all night. There is no free water in the room. The cleaning man said that you can go to the front desk to buy a bottle for 5 yuan... There are three plugs in the room, and they are all loose. If you want to charge, you need to hold something underneath to hold the charger. The room said it had a window, but it was covered with green gauze, so you couldn't see anything. It sounded like the street was noisy outside, and you couldn't open the window when sleeping at night. The next day, they offered to move us to the triple room we booked initially. Because the quadruple room was booked, we silently felt sorry for the guests who were about to move in... Originally, my mother was very happy to change rooms. She packed her luggage and put it in the room early in the morning. She was told that the service staff would put it in the new room. She came back late from Disneyland that day. When she got to the new room, she saw that the sink in the bathroom was The water was leaking, and the water kept dripping from the bathroom to the floor in the house. I immediately sent a WeChat message to the boss (because I didn’t check in at the front desk, and I didn’t see the boss the whole time). The boss didn’t reply. My parents were worried that if the water pipes continued like this, they might Explosion, I didn’t say it was dangerous at that time, and I couldn’t tell who did it. Although it was late, I still called the boss. I found that I was not a WeChat friend and couldn’t call, so I contacted Ctrip. The Ctrip service staff responded very quickly. I don’t know. Why did I contact another boss? The boss said he would change the room for us. My parents asked me to take a look, but the moldy smell was still very strong. I didn’t want to offend them, so I said I wanted to cancel the room. The boss said it was okay and gave us the remaining three nights. After we checked out everything, they started to chase us away. It was already almost 12 o'clock in the evening. I told him that we would pack up and find a hotel before leaving, but he came again after a while and asked us to leave. We had to find a hotel while walking. Fortunately, Finally, we found a very good four-star hotel nearby. The price was very reasonable and the service was super good. It would not ruin our trip to Hong Kong. Oh, by the way, I booked a room for 460, but when I checked that night after changing hotels, the price had been reduced to 390. I would like to advise all friends who come to Hong Kong not to save money on accommodation. The price here is triple the price of a normal and comfortable hotel in China!

Hong Kong is not suitable for budget travel. This hotel is located between Yau Ma Tei and Mong Kok. It is very convenient. The price of 450 per night is not bad, but don’t ask for too much conditions. It is just a bed, a bathroom, no windows, and men can stay here. It's not a big problem, but I really don't recommend it to girls. Girls may feel unsafe.

Land is really precious in Hong Kong. Although the room is not big, it is clean and tidy. I originally checked in after 2pm, but the boss was very understanding and allowed me to check in early when the room was available.

Response from Property: Dear guest, thank you very much for your review. The hotel is located at Exit E1 of Mong Kok MTR Station in Hong Kong. After exiting, turn to Nathan Road No. 607 and walk for about 3-5 minutes. Although the room is small, it is equipped with a separate toilet, 24-hour hot water (the electric water heater needs to be turned on to preheat for 10 minutes before use), conversion plugs and disposable toiletries (disposable slippers are not provided). The hotel has no front desk service (if you mind) You need to choose a hotel. Most hotels in Hong Kong do not have a front desk.) If there is no one at the front desk when you arrive, you need to call us to check in or add customer service V: hongkong111999 ~ Looking forward to your visit ~ Please be aware of the following shortcomings of the hotel before booking: Hong Kong Hotel The rooms are generally small/no 24-hour front desk staff recommends activating roaming service for easy contact/the water heater is electric and if you don’t know how to use it, you can contact us~

There are many twists and turns when moving a house We managed to check in an hour earlier. The door locks in some rooms are thin and broken. Anyway, there won’t be a next time.

It was on the 26th floor of a multi-tenant building, and you had to take the elevator up to the 25th floor, then take the stairs to the 26th floor, and it was in a secluded area. When I arrived at the building using Google Maps navigation and showed the hotel reservation page to an old man who looked like a manager on the first floor, I found out that I was in the right place. It seems that the hotel staff is not always on-site, and when I arrived at around 7pm, the staff was not there. There was a phone number written at the entrance, and when you dialed it, they answered the phone. The room has only the minimum necessary facilities for sleeping.

I’m really happy to find a cost-effective hotel in a place like Hong Kong where land is at a premium. The hotel is a three- to five-minute walk from Mong Kok MTR station, and there are buses and bus stops just outside the door! The area is in the bustling commercial center of Mong Kok, with many dining streets nearby. The neighbors we stayed in this time are also quality people, and there is basically no noise! The only drawback is that the room is a bit small and damp! But very clean! After all, the price is here, and the hotel rooms in Hong Kong are not very expensive. All in all, it’s still highly recommended!

In Hong Kong, where land is at a premium, it is near Mong Kok MTR station, so don't lament that it is small. There may be some ventilation issues and the bathroom is too small. The man who runs this B&B is really nice and warm-hearted. This floor is basically full of hotels. If two people live in a slightly larger room, the conditions should be better.

Poor, there is nothing else to say except poor. No matter everything is bad, the landlord basically doesn't care about it. Anyway, he helps himself and doesn't respond to messages very much.
