設施：很新很齊全，有wifi而且速度很快，也有電視
衞生：房間很好近，每天都有人來打掃衞生
環境：樓下走兩步就有地鐵站，地段很好，去哪兒都很房產
服務：老闆娘很熱情，住不舒服還可以跟老闆娘提出換房間

自由行4個長者去香港，在攜程網上訂的酒店，價格在預算內，羅湖口岸坐車到旺角，地圖導航很快就找到了新興大廈，房間小一些，但設施齊全，可以滿足我們短暫住宿的需求，周邊飲食交通都很方便，住宿很有安全感。很好的體驗。
