Wellyet guesthouse is located in Mirador mansion building, 14th floor, easy to find, in front of the elevator and near the stairs. It is comfortable. The rooms are small in Hong Kong style, but clean, no mold, and the mattress doesn't itch. Small, clean bathroom, shower with hot/cold water. There are amenities such as plugs, kettles, dryers, and the caretaker provides very good service.

The Mirador Mansion building is not very attractive from the outside. But inside the accommodation, Wellyet is clean, the staff are friendly. This building is close to the MTR, bus stop, and restaurants. But last night at 2:00 a.m. I smelled a smell of food that I don't know where it came from. The walls are slightly thin and you may hear the sound of people opening and closing doors. And I met a black person who came in and said hello, how are you when getting on the elevator at almost midnight. This is not the time when strangers should greet each other. And I don't know his intentions. I hurriedly shouted and turned off the elevator.

As with other guest houses/hostels around HK, room is quite small. But I am impressed how clean the room is. Our room is being cleaned everyday as well. Hotel owner and staff are very friendly. They also provided basic toiletries. Their toilet/shower area is already bigger compared to other GH I've stayed previously. There's an elevator right in front of the GH but the bldg itself sometimes feels like a maze. TST metro right outside one or two of the bldg entrance.

This is a budget room option that has its own shower and toilet, with a window. The room is very small, suitable only as a “transfer point”. Room cleaning is normal, but not thorough, towels and linen are normal. The room is located in a building where there are many hostels, guesthouses and hotels. I advise you to contact the hotel (contact us via WhatsApp) in advance and find out how to find them, as otherwise it may be difficult. The hotel speaks English, is very friendly, we checked in and checked out outside of reception opening hours, but we easily agreed on how and what to do.
