Close to the beach, this small hotel is not crowded, which made for a fantastic experience. The gym and pool are my favorite amenities. It's also near the pier, making boat trips convenient. There are many delicious small eateries in the surrounding area. I'll definitely be back for a week next summer!

This is the best hotel in Sai Kung. The rooms are large and very new, and the views of the sea from the windows are unbeatable. It's less than a 10-minute walk along the coast to Sai Kung Pier. This was my second stay at this hotel. The front desk service felt impersonal. The room they assigned us for a family with a child was quite small; there wasn't even enough space to open our luggage. It was noticeably smaller than the same room type I booked on my previous visit. What's more, for two adults and one child, they only provided two sets of toiletries and amenities. When we asked the front desk for an extra set, they told us we'd have to pay for children's toiletries, which was truly unbelievable! The hotel pool is very small and unheated. Every time I visit Sai Kung, I stay at WM Hotel. The staff are excellent! The hotel offers a shuttle bus service to and from Hang Hau MTR station, which is incredibly convenient. There are plenty of fantastic food options within walking distance, including seafood, pineapple buns, crab roe siu mai, and various desserts. It's also just a 10-minute walk to Sai Kung Pier, making boat trips easy. I always choose to stay here whenever I come to hike MacLehose Trail Section 2.

Ho Chi Minh City is beautiful, but the view from the room window wasn't as stunning as shown in the pictures, so I don't think it's necessary to book a sea-view room. As for the service, I'd only give it 3 stars. The staff's conversation made me quite uncomfortable, and their smiles seemed very fake. The hotel requires a 3000 deposit. Do many Chinese people carry credit cards or physical cards these days? Or much cash? Anyway, I don't; I only have WeChat Pay and Alipay. However, the deposit strictly requires a credit card or cash. After various discussions, they still told me to figure it out myself. Eventually, Ctrip intervened, and I was exempted from the deposit. The service felt like they were deliberately making things difficult for guests. I booked this hotel with a 2600 deposit, paid another 2600 upon arrival, and then there was a 3000 room deposit, which couldn't be paid via WeChat or Alipay. Is that customer-friendly?
