Location: Close to MTR stations like Yau Ma Tei MTR, with convenient access to airport buses and nearby convenience stores, restaurants, and night markets(based on 324 reviews)

The room is small, but we managed to do our activities there. The bed is clean, they have some certification of bed-bugs free accomodations. They provided disposable towels everyday. It is very close to the YMT station, airport bus stop, shops, resto, and also the night market.

Thankyou for the traumatizing experience during the stay in Yesinn Hostel :) Yes that is the police, I called them because I LOST MY PHONE and ALL MY CASH in this hostel exactly in the room And I’m sure it happens in the room because I still have my phone in the morning and even still use it. I’m pretty sure I lost it while I’m in the bathroom because after I back from the bathroom and yeah my phone is gone Along with all my cash from my wallet. Not even just my phone and my money, few days ago before I lost my phone, I also lost my underwear :) hahaha yes underwear along with the hanger too (like ***?) First of all, I do reach the reception to make the report of my missing phone. But the hostel really did a bad job handling this. They just don’t help me at all I want to check cctv they said they can’t because its off day and maybe I can only get it tomorrow like what hello? I miss my phone and you will update me tomorrow? The theft will be go farther away. Anyway they just don’t help me, assist me what to do, not even the basic thing help me to call police so I have to call police by myself. So yeah I’m solving this problem alone. Shortly, after all of my things is missing, I have no courage, I have no trust anymore to stay in here. So at first I want them to upgrade to private room but they said I have to pay more money :) yes they gave discount but I still need to pay. Excuse me? I lost my phone and all my cash IN YOUR PLACE but I still have to pay money hahaha funny. Although yes I know my things are being stolen is not directly the hostel’s fault but I’m very dissappointed at their service that wasn’t giving their all to help me solve this. They even gaslighting me said that ‘We have lockers, traveler should be responsible for their own things’ Oh yes I do, before I left the room I always put my important things to the lockers. So whenever I went to the bathroom, so I have to bring all my stuffs to bathroom too? How about my underwear? Need to put it in the locker too? I just want your assistance to help me but they didn’t help anything. Honestly if I lost it in the room, the suspects is pretty narrow, my other 2 roommates + cleaning service that clean my room but they don’t even bother want to investigate. I was in your hostel for 13 days thats pretty long stay and this is how your service? Beside my case, I will talk about the room, all of the things are very old. Old its okay but its also dirty especially the bathroom that I’m disgusted to touch everything even to step on the bathroom floor. Why? Because especially the shower room, pretty sure they never cleaned it like scrubbing it. Molds everywhere, curtain is dirty. They did clean it everyday but only take the trash + clean the toilet and just not cleaning the shower room, hair is everywhere. Also for the bed’s curtain its not FULLY COVERED that people still can saw us sleeping from outside and yes probably this is one of the reason too my things can be stolen :) It’s not fully covered, people can saw my things so yeah here come the bad motive from other people. Since I’ve been staying for more than 1 week, people already now my things + my routines so yeah. So in conclusion, IT IS NOT RECOMMENDED TO STAY HERE. If you are reading this, this is a sign for you to stay away from staying at this hostel.
