Hongkong Mingdu Hotel Reviews

The Hotel is in Kowloon, Mongkok, at the Nathan Rd. I can't understand why people complain about the cleanes, it's really really clean for this kind of Hotel. I stayed in two different Hotels in the Chungking Mansions before and the Mingdu Hotel was by far the cleanest. But the rooms in this Hotel are smaller and there is a huge lack of isolation. Someone was smoking at night and i could smell the smoke alot. The reception lady is really nice and helpful. English, Mandarin and Cantonese are provided. I probably would stay there again.

Check in at early morning, and the staff will wait for me. Location is good, not too far from mtr station, but is hard to find if you don't know which building

The hotel is clean and tidy, and the owner is friendly. Located in Mong Kok, it is a bustling area just outside the door, and is a good place to stay when traveling in Hong Kong. Very warm, and helped to prepare a plug converter.

Without saying too much, this is my last tenderness... The location is very good, but the room is on the second floor. No one will help you carry your luggage. The toilet is very small. Your knees will touch the wall when you sit on the toilet.

The room was average and the soundproofing was poor. The person in the next room snored as if he was next to me. I didn't sleep well all night. There was also so much noise from the street and there was no elevator...

I came to Hong Kong to participate in the marathon. My friend said that the price is a bit higher in China. It is really good during the competition in Hong Kong. I look forward to visiting again next year.

Although the room is small, it is fully equipped and the bathroom is not too small. The landlord responded in a timely manner and the location is excellent. It is very close to Yau Ma Tei Mong Kok MTR Station and it is very convenient to go anywhere. There are many delicious restaurants nearby, and Temple Street is right next to it. The price/performance ratio is relatively high. I will consider staying here next time. It is highly recommended.

The service is okay and you can also store your luggage. 🥺Disadvantages: 1. The toilet does not have a complete door. You can only hide in a corner when taking a shower. Otherwise, there is a risk that the room will get wet and the smell of the sewer will waft out. 2. Since the toilet has no door, it will be a bit awkward with friends (if one party wants to open it up), and the smell will waft out. 3. The lighting is a bit dim and the mirror is behind the toilet. Girls who need to put on makeup remember to bring a mirror.

I live across the road and there is a lot of noise. I listen to the sound of traffic lights at the zebra crossing for one night. Hong Kong is rich in gold and land. Turn around and give me a hug.

Convenient access good

I cannot recommend the hotel, especially because the owner or the person you have to communicate with on Wechat for check-in turned out to be very rude. They make fun of their guests. And ultimately, the standard answer to guests' questions or concerns is that they should go to a five-star hotel. The hotel is not concerned with providing travelers with a halfway pleasant stay. I can only recommend not staying in this "hotel".

I have stayed in hotels or hostels in Hong Kong seven or eight times. I have never stayed in a situation where the price and accommodation are not standard. RMB 633 is not very low, but this "Mingdu" hotel is just a demolished building. The rooms in the middle of the corridor are about 6 square meters apart. The picture was taken while I was standing at the door of the toilet. Except for a so-called big bed that is only 1.1 meters wide, there is only one room. Fortunately, I came from Guangdong. If you come from the north to bring a large trolley suitcase, you may have to go to bed before you can push it into the room. There is no elevator on the second floor, which is acceptable, but the dusty wires hanging on the stairs are dirty. It looks like I went to an archaeological site. I added that the toilet can accommodate two toilets. Store Gan Da.

The room is very tidy, clean and well-equipped. The service attitude of the boss and aunt is also very good👍Recommended!
