My first trip to Greater China. Walking distance from Avenue of Stars. The night view of Hong Kong was amazing. I tried to check in as soon as I arrived in Hong Kong, but the check-in was written in Chinese and I didn't know how to check in by myself. The owner came 20 minutes later and solved the problem! The room was clean and relaxing. There was no toilet paper or shampoo, so you have to buy them at the supermarket on the floor below. It's cheap there, so it can't be helped. Also, be careful as water leaks easily from the shower room.

Very bad! Very very bad… why? Because we wait for so long out side of thier hostel. We used doorbell so they know that they have customer but no one open the door, we knock but no body answer, we call on the telephone that they put outside the door but it was not ringing. We keep trying until the phone rang. I talk with the owner of the hostel and I told her that we wait for so long. We stand out side but instead of apologizing to us. She reply very rude😢😭😭😭 she said why we didn’t call her and why we didn’t scan the WhatsApp so I can communicate with her. I reply to her that I don’t have internet yet. And she said you’re FILIPINO and I said yes and sounds she discriminate us. MY GOD WE ARE FILIPINO AND WE ARE TRAVELLER. And the worst thing there’s no BATH TOWEL FOR US😭😭 because she said we book cheap hotel so they don’t provide towel😭 I was shock because I travel so many countries and this is the first time I experienced like this. And it’s not my fault why the price of her hotel is cheap. Trip.com know that I am traveler and I used this platform to book hotel and ticket… I will never ever book this hotel again and I will post this hotel to my social media account so, all my friend has plan to travel in hongkong they will not book this hotel. If you’re having a business like this, you will make sure that you can give a nice service to your customer.

The location is in Chungking Mansion, where there are many Indians, Pakistanis and Southeast Asians. The elevator is very urgent, the room is small, and the facilities are shabby. It’s a bit confusing that you can’t cancel after making a reservation. I’ll definitely make a better reservation next time.

The environment is good and the service is excellent. This is the happiest time I have ever stayed in a B&B. I will have the opportunity to travel to Hong Kong again. Will definitely look for this store again. This accommodation is worth having.

The landlady was very enthusiastic and a little anxious when we checked in. The landlady specifically told us not to be in a hurry. It was very easy to scan the code to check in. There were toiletries and utensils available so you could check in with your bag. Some people say that there is no mineral water and no hot water. This is all nonsense. There is everything, but the electric water boiler will take a while to be used.
