The disadvantage is that there is road noise on the lower floors, and it is best to bring disposable bedding. My child and I were bitten. It is not crowded for three adults and one child to take a nap. The bathroom can only accommodate one person, and it is a bit difficult for two people to turn around. Choose according to your needs.
