The airport shuttle service is super convenient! The room was very clean, and the amenities provided were complete and practical. The lobby is bright and comfortable, and the front desk staff were very friendly and proactive in chatting. Check-out was quick.

The room was really small; I couldn't even fully open my suitcase, good thing I brought a top-opening one. The breakfast was plentiful with a good variety and the dining area had a nice ambiance. The biggest plus is the convenience, especially for conferences at the exhibition center, as you don't have to worry about the weather, and public transportation is also very accessible. However, dining options nearby are not that convenient.

The room was small and the facilities were poor. It's almost 30 years since Hong Kong's return in 2026, yet all the power outlets in the hotel are still British style. Beneath the perfunctory politeness of the service was a rigid, unhelpful attitude. I had to go to the front desk multiple times for one issue. The hotel's hardware facilities are on par with a mainland hotel costing less than 300 yuan. The disposable slippers were worse than those found in a 100 yuan-a-night rural hotel on the mainland. There were long hairs in the sink. I paid an extra 200 yuan for breakfast, but the selection was extremely limited, just a few dishes. Milk, eggs, and yogurt were constantly unavailable. All the milk and beverage cups were disposable. (On this note, the hotel claims to be environmentally friendly by not providing bottled water, instead offering a glass cup for guests to get their own filtered water, which tastes awful). If they're championing environmental protection, why are there so many disposable utensils at breakfast? This hotel has perfected cost-saving at the expense of guest experience. I will never choose them again.

I booked this hotel for my family. Due to a flight issue, their original check-in date was July 2nd, but it was changed to July 3rd. I want to especially thank Ctrip customer service for their coordination and help in ensuring my family could check in smoothly! My family was extremely satisfied with the hotel. It's luxurious, grand, and impressive. The room was clean and tidy, and the airport shuttle service provided by the hotel was very punctual. They were exceptionally pleased with this stay. If I get the chance to visit Hong Kong again, I'll definitely choose this hotel!

If you need accommodation near the airport or are heading to Disneyland, I highly, highly recommend this hotel! The value for money is exceptional! It's a four-star hotel that offers shuttle buses to various locations, including the airport and Disneyland, and even to Tung Chung MTR station, making it incredibly convenient for onward travel to the city center!

The hotel is next to the airport, within walking distance of Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. The breakfast is decent. There are many rooms, but the interior tends to be a bit damp. The space is simple, and the bathroom has transparent glass on the top and bottom, which business travelers should be aware of.

The room makes the most of its space! The design is very practical! I particularly appreciate the powerful showerhead; it makes for a very comfortable shower! Definitely worth a commendation! The air conditioning was also very comfortable! The shuttle bus to and from Tung Chung MTR Station only runs once an hour during the day, which is a bit infrequent.
