Booked a double room but was given twin beds instead. The hotel reception promise to change us to a double room if there’s an empty one. When we’re heading to our room, we saw them cleaning a double room. We dropped our bags and went out, but while we were back, we found out that there were bugs dead bodies and bunch of hairs nearby the bed, therefore we requested to change the room. We also mentioned to them about us booking a double room and we were told to give one if there is one, but the answer is still no. Went down to the reception to switch rooms but the staff attitude was poor and no apologies was given. Basic room and ok if it’s only for a night.

Since we had a late flight (cheap price), we found a hotel near the airport to rest and leave our luggage before going to Ngong Ping the next morning. And this school really meets every need. It's very convenient. There's a shuttle bus to pick you up and take you around. (used the service 4 times Airport-school,school-tung chung mtr, tung chung mtr-school,school-tung chung mtr is very worth it) plus a comfortable bed. The room is considered wide. And the staff provide the best service. Really recommend. Love it.

Good location but no so friendly staff except for one lady receptionist. Restaurant closed even before 10pm. Really bad service there. So busy hotel but only junk food available.

It is close to Hong Kong airport and there is a shuttle bus between the airport and the hotel from 6am to midnight. The facilities are not new, but I think it is enough if you are just going to use the airport.
